SMP for Alopecia
Hair loss through Alopecia areata can be treated with Scalp Micropigmentation to disguise bald patches. It doesn’t prevent any hair regrowth from returning in the future, so is the perfect solution to the distress caused by this condition.
Hair loss through Alopecia totalis and Alopecia universalis can also be treated with SMP and an entirely new hairline and full head of hair follicles is created. Due to the large area needing to be covered, this may take more sessions to complete.
Due to these conditions being autoimmune disorders, it may be necessary to leave a longer time inbetween sessions to achieve the desired result and allow the body a longer time to heal.
